Find a Career Coach - All change is difficult, it’s even more so when you are doing it alone. A career coach will assist you to stay on track when challenges arise and provide support and ongoing assistance to ensure you achieve your goals. |

Psychometric assessment can assist you to uncover your occupational preferences, explore what motivates and demotivates you, assist you to ascertain your values and assist in highlighting your personality strengths and development areas. |

Networking– Once you have explored what it is you like doing start networking with organisations and individuals within your choosen profession of interest. Networking will assist you to become part of the 20/80 club: 20% of jobs advertise gain 80% candidate attraction, making the competition alot tougher to secure an ideal role. However, through networking you will be privy to 80% of jobs not advertised.
