Envisage Group Coaches are either fully registered Psychologists or fully qualified Executive Coaches. Regular feedback is requested, from both the employee and employer throughout the duration of the coaching programs to ensure the needs of the organisation and individual are continuously being met. In addition, three way meetings between the appropriate managers, Coach and the Coachee can be arranged quarterly. All coaching programs are written to meet the specific needs of both the organisation and the Coachee.

Transitional Coaching
Transitional coaching is beneficial for individuals who have been newly appointed to your organisation, are being groomed for a promotion, or have been promoted into a new role. Starting a new role or being offered a promotion is an exciting time for most individuals, for others it can be a fairly daunting process. Uncertainties surrounding the new roles requirements, expectations and ones one's capability to fulfil fulfill these to an adequate level, can create a state of anxiety and unease.
