Which Psychometric Assessment should I use?
One of our trained psychologists will recommend a suitable test battery based on your specific needs. We utilise a range of sophisticated Psychometric tools including - SHL, Genesys, ACER, Australia Psychological Press – therefore, are able to ensure you are using the most appropriate tests to suit your organisations needs. Our testing sessions usually include 3-5 aptitude tests in additional to 1-3 personality assessments. To ensure reliable results are collected, all aptitude testing is carried out by trained test administrators at the Envisage Group office premises. We are able to offer all personality and occupational assessments online.
What is the process?
We offer a 24 hour turn around policy on reporting in most cases. To enable us to maintain this standard we require the following candidate information: name, contact number, email address, JD and resume, where applicable. Once we have organised the testing one of our consultants will email confirmation and provide information to when you will be receiving the report and verbal feedback. Candidates are also offered verbal feedback once the selection process has been completed. Reports are not released to candidates unless written documentation is received by Envisage Group from the client.
Investment
As all our clients have specific needs our consultants are trained to put together packages to suit both the needs and budgets of the organisation. A full outline of costs involved with testing will be presented to you prior to testing. In order to meet the exact requirements of your organisations all reports are fully written by Registered Psychologists.
